Get ready to run, walk, laugh, and get COLORFUL! The Teen Advisory Council of Knox County (TAC) invites you to the 2026 Color for a Cause Race—a youth-led celebration of fun, family, friendship, and healthy lifestyles.
The Color for a Cause 5K is TAC’s largest youth-led event of the year—designed and organized entirely by teens to promote healthy lifestyles, positive relationships, and strong community connections across Knox County. More than just a race, Color for a Cause brings together families, schools, and community partners to celebrate wellness, unity, and youth leadership.
TAC members lead every part of this event—from marketing, sponsorships, and interactive education to logistics, set-up, and community outreach. The colorful powder represents more than fun—it symbolizes hope, healing, inclusion, and the power of youth voices to create change.
By participating, you’re not just joining a race—you’re supporting youth voice, prevention education, and real community impact.
Whether you're running with your family, teaming up with friends or co-workers, or flying solo, this event is all about movement, connection, and meaningful fun—with plenty of bright, washable color along the way!
