Something is coming to downtown Mount Vernon...And it's going to be BIG, bright, and maybe just a little bit mischievous.

Join us on Public Square for the annual Lighting of Public Square, as we officially kick off the holiday season and transform downtown into a twinkling Christmas wonderland.

LIGHTING OF PUBLIC SQUARE
Monday, November 30
5–6:30 PM LIGHTING at 5:30pm
Public Square, Downtown Mount Vernon
Sponsored by Ariel Corporation

Bring the family, bundle up, and watch as the lights come on and the holiday spirit takes over downtown. There may be a little Grinch-inspired mischief along the way, but don't worry... Christmas isn't going anywhere.

And if your heart grows three sizes by the end of the evening, well... that's between you and your cardiologist.

The Lighting of Public Square is part of Winter in Downtown: Holiday Movie Magic, presented by Park National Bank.
