Downtown Event Equipment Rental.

Experience Mount Vernon offers a wide range of event equipment for rent for events taking place within our Service Area and generally open to the public. We offer tables, chairs, signage, and other essentials to make your guests comfortable and ensure that your event runs smoothly. There is no cost to rent equipment, however, event hosts are responsible for pick-up and return of any rented equipment and may be subject to fees related to repair and/or replacement. See rental black out dates at the bottom of this page.

Available Equipment.

Folding Tables.

We have fifteen (15) 6-foot folding tables available. Use of table covers (provided by event host) is preferred.
Folding Chairs.

We have thirty (30) metal folding chairs available.
Trash Cans.

We have sixteen (16) 50-gallon, rolling trash cans available. Use of trash can liners (provided by event host) is required.
Narrow Directional Signs.

We have eleven (11) 8”w x 36”h, directional sign holders with 20lb rubber bases.
Sandwich Boards.

We have ten (10) blank, front & back, sandwich board sign-holders available.
A-Frame White Boards.

We have three (3) a-frame, front and back, white boards available. Event host to provide dry erase markers.
Metal Stanchions/Banner Stands.

We have eight (8) - 4 sets of 2 - 4’ metal stanchions with ring hooks available. Can be used to rope off event area and/or hang event banners.
Rope and/or Sandbags.

We have ______ lengths of rope available. Rope may not be cut or altered in any way.
We have twenty-five (25) 10lb sandbags available.
10' Pop-up Tent.

We have two (2) 10’ x 10’ pop-up tents available.
